Does this include handover of clients?

No, only the systems, assets, and structures.

Is this for a digital business or in-person one?

The copy of the website is for a hybrid business model. It can be tweaked to fit your needs.

Are there any copyrights or trademarks included?

No. The company name is registered as a DBA in Illinois and contact information can be changed with the state to ‘transfer’ the DBA. You will need to set up your own legal and tax structures for the business.

What if I don’t want to buy your brand, but I DO need assistance with setting up my portal and processes, a website, and/or social media presence.

I may be available for that kind of work. Please use the contact form below to request a quote. Pricing listed above for each service is a good reference point of what you can expect. For example, if you would like me to help you set up a client portal w/ forms and the workflows, this would likely be around $2,000.

A website could be as low as $1,200 or up to $3,500 depending what can be provided and what add-ons you want, such as Google Analytics and Adwords setup.
