IT’S TIME TO FEEL
CLEAR + CONFIDENT
ABOUT YOUR HEALTH
Eliminate overwhelm, overcome self-doubt, and get out of your own way.
You’re here to build a body + life you love.
In your health and wellness journey, you’ve made the bold choice to drop out of diet culture, toxic relationships, and corporate burnout. You’re ready to figure out what works uniquely for you in life, and prioritize sustainable, life-giving habits over quick fixes.
No matter what your path has looked like in the past, you are in the right place if your current dream looks like this:
You want a long, healthy life in a body that moves well and feels good to you.
You want to grow and thrive spiritually.
You want to live as your most authentic self, even if you aren’t sure what that looks like yet.
You want to feel guiltless about doing the things you love, like celebratory meals shared with family, and nights out with friends.
You want the work in your life to support your health.
You want relationships that energize you.
You want to be a healthy role model in your community.
But most of all, you want to feel confident, in control, and clear in your health decisions and wellness path.
Well, friend, that is all possible, if you practice the right mindsets, create the right habits, and commit to doing the inner work.
“Love yourself first and everything else falls into line. You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world.”
Hello, I’m Nikki
… and I know a thing or two about building a healthy, authentic lifestyle that is sustainable. I have been on my own journey of healing and health for over 14 years, and supporting others in one form or another for the last 7.
I first tiptoed into the health and wellness world in 2014 when I started showing others how to use essential oils to detox their home and personal care, and reduce the need for questionable over-the-counter medications. Cultivating healthy, toxin-free environments remains one of my great passions and to this day, the testimonial I appreciate most is when people tell me I inspired them to Ditch the Dye and go grey!
Then, between 2016 - 2019 I completed a number of yoga and bodywork trainings, which allowed me to unlock years of trauma from my body and develop my spiritual path. Through teaching and being taught..I began to heal not only my body, but my mind.
But something big was still missing! In the fall of 2019, after my mental health and happiness reached an all-time low, Health & Wellness Coaching was recommended to me, and the rest is history. By tapping into my deepest values, strengths, and motivators, I re-built my life. I fell deeply in love with hiking and time outdoors and discovered that I enjoy strength training and walking. I developed nutrition habits that help me stay balanced despite a sometimes indulgent lifestyle! And I learned to habituate water, sleep, and self-care. I’m nowhere near perfect, but I keep growing. As a result, over the last few years, I have enjoyed slow, steady body recomposition, improved energy levels, and a complete reset of my nervous system that has left me feeling calmer and more confident.
Through this process, I realized how much health I already possess and want to protect, so that I can live a long life with my husband, doing all of the things we love to do. Both of our families have been riddled with chronic illness - we’ve lost those we love not to old age, but to cancer, heart attack, respiratory issues, alzheimers, and depression. It is my hope that I can help break this cycle.
Recently, I left the corporate world and a stressful marketing career that had been 15 years in the making. Today I work as a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach with a Lifestyle Medicine speciality. I help people prevent, treat and reverse chronic disease, using evidence-based lifestyle medicine. And I help them find peace with their body and mind along the way.
I want to help you find your version of success, too.
Which is why I created…

Community. This is where the magic REALLY happens. In addition to the weekly live check-in call, you’ll enjoy the opportunity to engage daily with other like-minded women who are walking a similar path. Research shows that those who have a community of accountability buddies are more successful in their health and wellness journeys. But not all communities are created equal! The key to our community is having a common language that is founded in positive psychology. (Don’t fret - you’ll learn the lingo in the required Wellness Vision course when you get started.)

“The outside insight is helpful to have as a reminder each week - especially when you’re in the thick of it & someone else can give you the perspective of your accomplishments as well as direction on where you can move towards next.
10/10 I recommend working with Nikki on your health and wellness goals.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When can I sign up?
You can join with a monthly or annual membership at any time, give there are spaces available. If the program is at capacity, the option to purchase will not be enabled.
Occasionally, a pro-rated membership is offered for the rest of the current year. For example, the last 3 months of 2022. So, instead of having to commit to 12 months, you can commit to only the 3 while still getting the steeply discounted annual rate! To take advantage, you must purchase by the date indicated on the countdown timer. This is an incredible offer, so take advantage! If you miss the window for the offer, you will have to wait for the next one. No exceptions - that’s how deals work, y’all.
The current deal ends Oct 1, 2022 at 12am CST. Don’t delay!
When are the coaching calls?
The weekly group coaching call is typically Monday nights, but may occur other days of the week due to scheduling. It is announced weekly in the group and on instagram.
What if I have to miss a call?
All calls are recorded and replay is available.
What is the style of the coaching calls?
Each call with a mindfulness exercise and the opportunity to reflect on the work you’ve already done that week. Next, she facilitates a discussion to expand upon the coaching check-in questions and/or current topics trending in the group. There will be time for live Q&A and coaching hot seats during each call.
How much time will I need to commit to the program?
It’s up to you! You can spend just 20mins answering your check-in questions each week or you can hop in the group discussion daily, attend the live coaching calls, and work through the courses. One thing is for certain, though. The more you put in, the more you get out.
Is there nutrition support?
Yes! Nikki is certified in both Lifestyle Medicine (evidence-based nutrition advice, like plant-based eating) and Precision Nutrition Level 1 (macro/micronutrient coaching). Once a quarter, she leads a cohort through nutrition-specific coaching, for those who want additional support in this area. Multiple options will be given for ‘tracking’ food and we’ll work together to identify 1-3 dietary changes that you are ready to make and integrate into your weekly goals and checkins.
How do I know this is the right program for me?
This program is not limited to those who are ‘health experts’ or who have big goals. It is designed to tackle your relationship with your body and health. If you struggle with integrating your life and health goals in a way that feels good, if you are frustrated when you show up to do the work and don’t see results, or if your life isn’t supporting your visions of success, this program will help you work through these areas.
Who this program is NOT a great fit for:
People who are generally very pessimistic
People who want meal and exercise plans done for them
People who don’t want to make any lifestyle changes at all.
People who only want to lose weight and do not have interest in holistic health care management.
There is nothing wrong with any of these things, we just don’t think people with these traits will find value in the program.
How is this different from 1:1 Coaching?
The Bloom Community blends the best of 1:1 coaching with the best of group coaching, courses, and communities. You will still check-in digitally with 1:1 on a weekly basis, but you’ll also get to experience group coaching calls and online community.
Is this HIPPA compliant?
Yes and no. You will provide any forms, charts, and weekly check-ins to your coach through a private, HIPPA-compliant portal. Should you choose to engage in the Bloom community portal by answering questions, leaving comments in the courses, and dialoguing during the group coaching calls, those interactions are NOT HIPPA PROTECTED. Engage at your own discretion.
When do monthly payments come out?
Monthly, on the day you registered.
What support will I receive in addition to the calls?
You will have access to a private community where you can interact with other members, ask questions, and answer additional prompts daily. You will also receive access to additional resources regularly.
Is there an exercise program?
If you are looking to add/increase your movement and exercise, this program is a great support system! You can make exercise one of your weekly goals and make step by step progress including finding a program that is right for you, getting starting, and building up number of days or intensity. However, there is no exercise program INCLUDED in the program. Each individual works to find the behaviors and programs that are right for them.
The big one….What if I just want to lose weight?
Weight is a very tricky subject, indeed. It’s important for health coaches to be clear and honest about what their philosophy is in regards to weight, so here is our mission statement regarding weight management:
This practice exists to help people prevent, reverse, and treat chronic disease. We take a comprehensive approach in helping others obtain and maintain a healthy lifestyle while helping improve their overall well-being and quality of life.
As a Lifestyle Medicine practice, we are committed to promoting what current science/evidence shows to be true, even as it may change over time. To that end, we acknowledge that current evidence shows achieving and maintaining a healthy weight is one of many ways to reduce your risk factors or presence of chronic disease. Evidence also shows that weight is not the sole indication of a persons risk for chronic illness.
The metrics we recommend tracking, that may indicate whether weight loss would be beneficial for you include:
Cholesterol
Blood Glucose
They do not include:
BMI / Ideal Weight by Height charts
What your best friend or favorite celebrity looks like
What you weighed 10 years ago or think is a ‘good weight’ versus a ‘bad weight’
In the case that you believe weight loss is right for you, we promote what the evidence shows:
Regardless of your current weight, losing just 5% of your body weight has the greatest impact on reducing your risks. So, a 5’7 woman who weighs 220 pounds and is told an ideal weight for her height is 160lbs still only needs to lose about 11 pounds to significantly reduce risks (not 60 pounds!)
The slower you lose weight, the more likely you are to keep it off. And keeping it off is key, as weight cycling (repeatedly gaining and losing weight) and yo-yo dieting actually carry increased health risks.
People with a history of disordered eating need to be under the care of a professional. Clients who present signs or symptoms of disordered eating will be referred to an appropriate healthcare provider and must be actively working with them and provide their written permission to continue in the program.
Regardless of whether you decide weight loss is right for you, you will still be asked in this program to set goals related to BEHAVIORS, not outcomes. For example, “lose 10 pounds” would not be a well-written goal, but “eat sufficient protein at each meal” would be. Obviously, we will dig much deeper into this in the program.
